The Accounting Office is responsible for post-award administration of Perkins and institutional student loans. 

Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ uses Heartland ECSI (a/k/a ECSI), a third-party processor for servicing Perkins and Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ loans. 

Heartland ECSI (a/k/a ECSI) services include student loan billing, accounting, data processing, default prevention services and reporting. 

To make a Perkins and/or Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­ loan payment: 

  • Online payment: go to the Heartland ECSI (a/k/a ECSI)   website

  • Payment by telephone: call the Heartland ECSI (a/k/a ECSI) automated student loan help line, 1-888-549-3274

  • Payment by check: make check payable to "Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­." Be sure to include the loan account number on the check and mail to
